Huddy began her career as a reporter for Fox News Channel in March 1998. She later joined the New York studios, where she served as a fill in for E. D. Hill on Fox & Friends and anchored on the show Coast to Coast. Likewise, she became a permanent co-host working together with Mike Jerrick and Julian Phillips on the Fox & Friends Weekend.

Additionally, she started co-hosting DaySide together with Mike Jerrick. It is known that she later started a blog on the DaySide website called DaySide Dish. Moreover, Fox News discontinue production of Dayside and launched a new breakfast television show for syndication, beginning with Fox Television Stations-owned stations.

Most noteworthy, the show was noted to have parts from the previous shows Dayside and Fox & Friends. It was first aired on January 22, 2007 with Mike and Juliet serving as hosts. After the show came to an end in 2009 she went back to Fox News where she served as a newscaster.

Furthermore, she appeared in the shows “Did You See That” on The O’Reilly Factor as well as Red Eye w/Greg Gutfeld in Fox News. She also worked together with Ben Simmoneau as the anchor for the show Good Day Wake Up for WNYW Fox 5. Similarly, she also served as a stand in reporter for Good Day New York in New York City.
