He began his career at the age of six, appearing in television advertisements such as Chips Ahoy!’s “Betcha bite a chip” campaign. In 1990, he received his first cinematic role as Chickie in Rocky V.
Additionally, he played Shaun Kelly in the film version of Myron Levoy’s novel Alan & Naomi. Likewise, he co-starred with Tobey Maguire in the Fox sitcom Great Scott!. His performance in the series garnered him a Young Artist Award nomination for Best Young Actor Co-starring in a Television Series.
