Early Life and Family
Spara was born in Washington, Pennsylvania, the daughter of hair salon owner Kevin and dental hygienist Kim Spara. The famous star has a younger brother, Jesse, and an older sister, Taylor. Spara is the middle child. She started acting when she joined Kids’ Theater Works at age 12. She continued acting at Washington High School, where she eventually graduated in 2008. From there, she polished her skills at the Irondale Theater in New York City and the Pittsburgh Community Theater.
Spara studied acting for two years at Pittsburgh’s Point Park University before transferring to Marymount Manhattan College, where she graduated in 2012 with a degree in theatre performance.
Before securing film or television parts, she was a Gossip Girl bus tour guide in New York City. She was also shot in a greeting position at the Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia, where her image was projected as a hologram to welcome guests and tourists. She spent two years auditioning in Los Angeles after receiving her undergraduate degree before landing Kevin from Work.

Paige Spara’s Acting Career
Spara’s first significant role as Audrey Piatigorsky, the coworker of Noah Reid’s Kevin Reese Daly in the ABC Family sitcom Kevin from Work, came in 2015 after appearances in the short films Prospect Street in 2010, What Showers Bring and After the Hurricane in 2014, and After the Hurricane. The program aired for 10 episodes before it was formally cancelled later that year.
Spara appeared in Home Again, a 2017 film starring Reese Witherspoon, in a supporting role as a bartender.
Soon after, she was chosen for a recurring part in the ABC medical drama The Good Doctor as Lea Dilallo, Shaun Murphy’s (Freddie Highmore’s) future wife and best friend, as well as his love interest. For the second season of the program, Spara was elevated to the main cast.
