Marvin is a vastly recognized gospel singer known for his MLW Productions Inc. label. Here, he released “Marvin L Winans Presents The Praise and Worship Experience” in 2012. Likewise, he is a member of the musical Winans family.
It is known that he began his music career as The Testimonial Singers along with his brothers Michael, Ronald, and his twin Carvin. During this time, he released their first album titled Introducing The Winans along with The Winans by Andrae Crouch.
Most noteworthy, he collaborated with the church’s choir in the release of Introducing Perfected Praise album. Afterward, he released the Alone but Not Alone album which receive a Grammy nomination for Best Contemporary R&B Gospel Album.
Furthermore, he is the founder of the Marvin L. Winans Academy of Performing Arts (“WAPA”). On the other hand, he was a cast in House of Payne TV series where he potrayed the recurring role of Pastor Richards.
