Grenier is a vastly recognized actor who began his career in 1997 in the movie “Arresting Gena.” Likewise, he starred alongside Melissa Joan Hart in the 1999 teen romance comedy “Drive Me Crazy,” which was based on Todd Strasser’s book “How I Created My Perfect Prom Date.” He was later featured in the criminal comedy-drama thriller “Harvard Man,” directed by James Toback, in 2001.

He went on to play Vincent Chase in the American comedy-drama television series “Entourage,” which debuted on HBO in 2004. Additionally, he founded “Reckless Productions,” a company devoted to producing socially aware films. The first movie released under this banner was “Shot in the Dark,” which also marked his directorial debut.

Moreover, in 2008, he produced the TV show “Alter Eco,” which debuted in June of that same year. Similarly, he directed and produced The HBO documentary “Teenage Paparazzo,” which aired in September 2010. As a supporter of sustainable living, Adrian and his business partner, film producer Peter Glatzer, founded the lifestyle website SHFT.com in 2010.

Furthermore, he assisted producer Bert Marcus and director Matthew Cooke on the full-length feature documentary “How to Make Money Selling Drugs” in 2010.
